2023 CALA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
CALA will be holding its 34th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Atlantic Time (AT) at the Delta Hotel in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is a ‘by invitation only" event. If you would like to attend, please consider membership with CALA. Membership information can be found here.
Note to CALA Members
Closer to the event, all members will be emailed an invitation to register for the virtual AGM and allow you voting privileges.
Members are encouraged to attend and support your association. If you are unable to attend, consider voting by proxy. Proxy forms can be downloaded here. Completed proxies should be emailed to Lilliane Al-Jouni laljouni@cala.ca by 4pm AT, Monday, Jun. 5th, 2023.
Members will elect (4) directors, details on the Election of Board Directors are outlined on the AGM Item 9 slides which can be downloaded here. For member nominations from the floor of the 34th Annual General Meeting please use the member proposal forms and provide the required information enlisted.
