2026 CALA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
CALA will be holding its 37th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) at Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Hotel, Trillium A Meeting room, Toronto, ON. This is a ‘by invitation only” event. If you would like to attend, please consider membership with CALA. Membership information can be found here.
Note to CALA Members
Closer to the event, all members will be emailed an invitation to register for the virtual AGM and allow you voting privileges.
Members are encouraged to attend and support your association. If you are unable to attend, consider voting by proxy. Proxy forms will be available for download here. Completed proxies should be emailed to Lilliane Al-Jouni laljouni@cala.ca by 4pm ET, Monday, May 4th, 2026. Duly completed and signed proxies may be accepted in-person up until the start of the AGM.
Members will re-elect one (2) Directors under Agenda Item 9 (relevant information will be made available here). Any Member nominations from the AGM floor must be provided before or during the meeting with completed documentation using the member proposal form.
